Uganda Airlines and Air India have initiated a new interline partnership to enhance travel connectivity between Africa, India, and global destinations. This agreement, effective from August 25, 2025, allows seamless travel between the two airlines’ networks, enabling single-ticket itineraries. The partnership expands access to over 25 cities in India and international destinations for Uganda Airlines, while Air India passengers gain access to key African locations.

Air India and Air Astana have entered a codeshare agreement to enhance connectivity between India and Central Asia. This partnership allows Air India to use its code on Air Astana flights between key cities, improving travel convenience. The agreement expands upon an existing interline partnership, increasing direct and integrated travel options for customers while supporting growth and intercultural exchange.
