Boeing 737 Overrun Incident Closes Krakow Airport
On September 14, 2025, Krakow Airport was forced to halt operations after a Boeing 737-800 aircraft ran off the runway. The incident occurred at around 2:00 p.m. local time when an AirExplore-operated flight on behalf of Enter Air, flight E47030, traveling from Antalya to Krakow, overran runway 25 during a landing attempt in adverse weather conditions. The aircraft eventually came to a stop on an unpaved area adjacent to the runway.
