Introduction to the Airbus Global Graduate Program 2025
Airbus has announced the opening of applications for its Global Graduate Programme 2025 (AGGP). This initiative offers a two-year development pathway designed to cultivate future leaders in the aerospace industry, focusing on engineering, digital, and business roles.
Program Details
The program is structured to integrate technical training with the development of soft skills. Participants will engage in placements, workshops, job shadowing, and annual residential training. Airbus aims to provide graduates with opportunities to work on innovative projects in aviation and space, establishing a robust international network.
Eligibility Criteria
The program welcomes candidates of any nationality and age, provided they have no more than three years of relevant work experience. Airbus generally sponsors visas and work permits, except where individual job descriptions specify otherwise.

- Roles in engineering, sustainability, supply chain, digital transformation, and business functions.
- Program locations include Stuttgart (Germany), Wichita, Kansas (USA), Bristol (UK), and Toulouse (France).
Application Process
The application process is comprised of three key stages:
- Screening: Review of qualifications, experience, and motivation letter.
- Game-based Assessment: Conducted using Arctic Shores to assess potential and suitability for the program.
- Assessment Centre: Online group exercises and interviews.
