Brazil’s renowned aircraft manufacturer Embraer has unveiled an impressive performance for the third quarter of 2025, delivering a total of 62 jets despite ongoing global supply chain issues. The company is making strides in both commercial and executive segments, positioning itself for a promising end to the year.
Outstanding Commercial Jet Deliveries
Embraer’s commercial aviation segment witnessed a robust quarter, as it successfully delivered 20 jets from July to September. Among these were 11 Embraer E195-E2 models—the largest in its commercial lineup—alongside seven Embraer E175s and two Embraer E190-E2 regional aircraft. This marked not only an improvement on the last quarter’s total of 19 but also a striking increase compared to the same period in 2024, which saw 16 deliveries.
The company targets to fulfill between 77 and 85 commercial aircraft deliveries in 2025, representing a potential 10% rise from the previous year. With 47 commercial jets already dispatched by the end of September, Embraer remains optimistic about achieving its year-end goals.
Executive Jets Make Their Mark
During the third quarter, Embraer’s executive division successfully delivered 41 aircraft. The delivery lineup includes 20 Phenom 300 light jets and three Embraer Phenom 100s, alongside 11 Praetor 500s and seven Praetor 600s in the midsize category. While the year-on-year numbers remain flat, the company anticipates achieving its annual target of 145 to 155 executive jet deliveries.
Significant Orders from US and LATAM
In a major breakthrough, Avelo Airlines, a prominent low-cost carrier in the United States, has signed an agreement for 100 Embraer E195-E2 aircraft. This makes Avelo the first US operator of this model, complementing its existing fleet of Boeing 737NG planes. The $4.4 billion deal will modernize Avelo’s fleet and offer enhanced short-field performance.
Meanwhile, LATAM Airlines Group placed a substantial order for 74 Embraer E195-E2 jets, comprising 24 firm orders and 50 options. Deliveries are poised to start next year, further boosting Embraer’s presence in the Latin American market.
Military Division Contributions
Alongside its civilian deliveries, Embraer completed the handover of one KC-390 Millennium multi-mission military transport aircraft, adding to its impressive quarterly tally of 62 units.
The latest delivery milestones underline Embraer’s resilience and commitment to growth, even amid challenging market conditions.
