China Southern Debuts Special Livery on Airbus A350
China Southern Airlines has introduced a striking new livery on one of its Airbus A350 aircraft to commemorate the 15th National Games in China. The livery features an impressive scheme incorporating 48 different colors and showcases key landmarks from the Guangdong-Hong Kong-Macao Greater Bay Area. The aircraft’s interior has also been styled to complement its exterior appearance.
Aircraft Details and Inaugural Flight
- The Airbus A350 sporting the new livery is registered as B-308T.
- It first flew in the new scheme between Guangzhou and Beijing Daxing on September 19.
- This aircraft will conduct over 300 flights across the airline’s domestic network in the coming months.
The 15th National Games
Taking place from November 9 to 21, the 15th National Games marks a historic occasion as it is the first time the event is co-hosted by Guangdong, Hong Kong, and Macao. Notably, Hong Kong and Macao are hosting the Games for the first time ever.
Further Plans
In addition to the Airbus A350, China Southern Airlines also plans to introduce a Comac C919 aircraft featuring a special livery dedicated to the event.
