Airbus Welcomes New Apprentice Class at Broughton Facility
Airbus has introduced its latest cohort of early career employees, including apprentices, graduates, and interns, at its wing manufacturing plant located in Broughton, North Wales. This year’s group consists of 152 apprentices, 23 graduates, and 70 interns who will be engaging in an environment focused on innovation, growth, and collaboration from the very beginning.

The Broughton facility is a crucial site for Airbus as it manufactures wing sets for all Airbus A3XX aircraft, ranging from the A318 to the A350. These components are shipped worldwide to final assembly lines across Europe, North America, and Asia using Airbus’ own Beluga and Beluga XL transporter aircraft.
